Get the Look – Some Like it BRIGHT!

One top Two ways

Neon – it takes me back to the eighties but I think it is being done SO much better now. I love to take a simple classic outfit and transport it directly into the now with the latest accessories and see what an impact they make. Pop! Pop! Pop! Kinda hard to miss these bright babies.

One top, two ways! (or more) Gotta love that! So let’s start with the top – a must have black & white stripe 3/4 sleeve T . For Saturday night I have paired it with slim fit, tapered leg black pants, hot pink heels and funky clutch.  Sunday morning sees it with jeans, any sort you like but I prefer a skinny leg or jegging, bright yellow ballet flats and fab tote to hold market purchases.

Outfit sorted, time to accessorise! Or should I say COLOURISE?!

To break up the monotony of the T a necklace is a must! This top has a crew neckline that is perfect for a short bib style necklace or because it is a little wider than a regular crew neckline you could get away with a set of long beads if your prefer.

My first choice for Saturday night is Pink POP, a bib style statement necklace with a large gold plated pink and black striped enamel crescent moon pendant.

Matching Pink POP earrings are available to complete the look.

I didn’t include the photo because it is finished in silver rather than gold but if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you and you are after a stunning pink bracelet my choice would Pink Paua. Three strands of sparkling Czech and Swarovski crystals and a fabulous pink dyed paua shell set in an ornate antique silver setting. Gorgeous!

So you wowed them and had a great time Saturday night! Where is Sunday taking us? Same top, remember!

First things first, necklace. Same style (because I LOVE it so!), different colour. Hello YELLOW! The Neon Moon is vibrant and the beads incorporate a little orange too. Delicious!

The next ‘must have’ is earrings! In fact, I never leave the house without them, no matter where I am going. I have chosen the Invigorating Yellow Bubble Hoop Earrings which unfortunately are no longer available BUT they do come in a range of other colours and the Energising Orange would tone nicely with the necklace.

The finishing touch is a Sugar Skull stretch bracelet. Available in a range of colours they look fab stacked or on their own and this yellow one is perfect for this outfit.

Saturday night Pink, I’m thinking dinner and a movie or band. Sunday Yellow, brunch and a stroll through the markets  but that part is entirely up to you!
